Dry bearing metal bush
Selectable from a rich variety of materials! The load capacity can be improved by designing oil holes, grooves, etc., according to lubrication conditions.
"Metal-based bushings" are bearing materials made of aluminum alloy or copper alloy in a two-layer or three-layer structure on a steel backing, featuring high mechanical strength and capable of being used under high-speed and high-load operating conditions in lubrication conditions. Depending on the application, usage conditions, and lubrication conditions, a wide range of materials can be selected, and the load capacity can be improved through design adaptations such as oil holes and grooves based on lubrication conditions. Additionally, some are used as non-lubricated bearings (dry bearings) under lubrication conditions. 【Features】 ■ High mechanical strength ■ Bearing materials made of aluminum alloy or copper alloy in a two-layer or three-layer structure on a steel backing ■ Usable under high-speed and high-load operating conditions in lubrication conditions ■ Wide range of materials available for selection based on application, usage conditions, and lubrication conditions ■ Load capacity can be improved through design adaptations such as oil holes and grooves based on lubrication conditions *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
